I had to work with 3 technicians to solve my heater problem. Alex found a potential wiring issue & resolved it. And he also gave me some helpful tips. After a week, the heater shut down again & Fred detected there was a relay issue, so a new control board was needed. Another week later, the new control board was delivered & Carlton came to install it. The week long wait to get the new part was a struggle, but I am happy with the service provided.
Amazing Comfort has been great to work with!! Punctual, and very professional. The tech made sure to put on booties over his boots before entering my home to ensure my floors and carpet stay clean. This was a huge plus for me as we have little ones and do not wear shoes in the house. They were able to fix my issue, temporarily until the piece that my heating system needed was delivered. Once delivered they came by right away to fix the issue. Thank you for your great service
